2 Days Private Hangzhou City Tour

Welcome to Hangzhou! Our professional guide will pick you up at the airport or railway station and then we will start this private Hangzhou tour with the Six Harmonious Pagoda standing on the top of a hill by the Qiantang River. A comfortable drive will be offered to reach the tower.

Lunch is on your own arrangement, and our guide is willing to offer you some recommended restaurants. After that, you will be delivered to the Arts and Crafts Live Exhibition Hall. You can not only enjoy a large collection of silk parasols, silk fabrics, bamboo paper, oil-paper umbrellas and folding fans there, but also watch the making process of these items and even experience the fan-painting by yourself. Getting out of the hall, you will be led to board a ship at the nearby wharf to cruise down the Grand Canal.

Disembark at Xiangji Temple Wharf after around 15 minutes, and then our guide will accompany you to the nearby Dadou Road Historical Block which used to be a prosperous commercial district back in the Song Dynasty (960 - 1279). Now you can see an eyeful of old-style grey-tiled buildings, including restaurants, cafés, tea houses and handicrafts shops, lining along the flagstone-paved roads.

When today's Hangzhou tour package is over, you will be transferred to a hotel in downtown area and our guide will help you with the check-in procedure.

To most visitors, it is an acceptable theory that the most beautiful scenery of Hangzhou lies in the West Lake. Today, you will have a full morning feeling the charm of this picturesque lake by a boat ride. You must feel like drifting in a scroll of Chinese landscape painting with surrounding pavilions, bridges, plants, and hills casting their reflection on the water.

After that, continue the Hangzhou city tour to the Flower Harbor where you can view shoals of fish in the ponds and even feed them if interested. Then we will climb up the nearby Wushan Mountain to view the full scenery of the West Lake at the City God Pavilion on the hilltop.

At noon, you can have lunch at your own expense and then a visit to the Peak Flown From Afar and the Lingyin Temple will be scheduled in the afternoon. After immersing yourself in the tranquil atmosphere and profound Buddhist culture there, our guide will transfer you to the airport or train station and see you off.
