Option 3: MTR + Shenzhen - Shijiazhuang High Speed Train / Shenzhen - Shijiazhuang Flight

Passengers from Hong Kong can Take MTR to Lok Ma Chau Station so as to reach Futian Port in Shenzhen firstly. After passing the port, they are advised to take Shenzhen Subway Line 4 from there and get off at Hui Zhan Zhong Xin Station. After that, they can walk around 600 meters (660 yards) to reach Futian Railway Station where there are one pair of bullet trains shuttling between Futian and Shijiazhuang daily with a second class seat ticket costing CNY 867 (USD 122).

As there is no direct flight between Hong Kong and Shijiazhuang, and a transfer in other cities may take more than 8.5 hours, it is also suggested to take a flight from Shenzhen to Shijiazhuang. With around 10 pairs of flights every day, passengers only need about 3 hours for a single journey. However, the cost is also pretty high, ranging from CNY 800 - 3,000 (USD 110 - 420).

According to map, the distance is about 16km. Taxi is easy to find during day time. If at night time, there would be less taxi in service. It should take around 30min by taxi and costs around CNY40.

You can also consider the subway service: line 3 to Xinbai Square and then change to line 1 to Liucun, exit C. Then you can walk about 1km to reach the hotel.

Hello, is it worthy to pay more for a first class seat?
The first class seat is CNY600 higher than second class. Is it necessary to book first class or second class seat is comfortable enough for a 8 hours trip? Thank you for your answer

Second class seat is normally acceptable by most people. Generally speaking, the leg room is a little larger than economy class on many flights. First class seat is surely more comfortable but second class seat is also fine in my opinion.
