Both G and D are high speed bullet trains. G run at a highest speed of 350km/h and D at a highest of 250 km/h. You can take metro line 1 at Wulin Square to Hangzhou East Station which has many bullet trains to Shanghai. Better choose Shanghai Hongqiao Station as the arrival which is connected to the Bund by metro line 10.

One name, one passport for one ticket. If you book with TravelChinaGuide, they will send you the ticket information and e-tickets. And you just need to take the passports for check-in.

Do i need physical ticket if i buy online from website here
Hi, I am buying tickets for my family for the first time. Is it true that we do not require to go to counter to collect physical ticket? Does it means I can just board the train with my e-Ticket?

Yes, there is no need to collect the paper ticket. You can simply get onboard with the passports used to book the tickets. The e-tickets information will be attached to the passports.

The last bullet train from Hangzhou to Shanghai departs at 22:27 from Hangzhou East. I believe you will have time to the night market as it's not far from West Lake and Hangzhou East Railway Station.
